This solar pump is extremely well made and reliable. The panel is responsive and the pump has a very good flow rate. This has been used daily for several months and is showing no signs of failure whatsoever, it performs perfectly. The solar option allows you to use this where electrical outlets are not available, giving you greater control over the setup and layout. Overall, this pump is amazing and is priced very well for how efficient it performs

I enjoy the sound of water dropping from our fountain, and this has plenty of water flow for our small fountain. This pump will continue to run even on cloudy days, but as it gets dark the water stops. This was to be expected, I mean it is a solar powered water pump after all!
My picture does not show very much, sorry for that, but as you can see it is a very small amount of water being moved. I do miss hearing it through the night with the windows open, so we may go back to the plug in pump (pictured).
It would be so much better if it came with a battery system and a solar panel large enough to charge it during the day and run the pump at the same time.... but that is not this. It would cost 2-3x as much if it had all of those features. So I am not upset with this at all, I knew what it was, and it does what I expected, hopefully you can decide if it is right for you before you spend your money!! :-)
